Description: Despite repeated attempts to have a proper sit-down with Edward Kelley, Diana is not having a lot of luck; what she is managing to do is to get more and more tangled up in Emperor Rudolf's world and imagination. Finally, through a tangled network of connections via the "Real Housewives of Prague," Diana and Matthew meet the man of the hour. Matthew decides a goodSPOILER ALERT! We (The Daemons) approach this podcast with an assumption that the listener has read All Souls universe books, including the trilogy (A Discovery of Witches, Shadow of Night, The Book of Life), and Time's Convert + snippits from The World of All Souls. Chapter 28, Shadow of Night
- The Real Housewives of Prague, and their affinity for cabbage (?!)

- The werewolf rumors
- Exorcising Daemons? RUDE!
- The scandalous painting…Venus rising from her bath!
- Diana was reporting on what she saw at the palace, and it almost seemed obligatory!
- The gifts started showing up.
- Diana: I’m not for sale. Matthew: aren’t we all?
- The statue of Diana — it’s actually a fun drinking game! Link for the automaton below.
- Gallowglass is a hilarious commentator on these events.
- Jack — “why is she naked?”
- The actual deal with the congregation - they aren’t above pimping out creatures to interested parties to protect the overall creature population.
- Gallowglass has been assigned as Diana’s personal security with the assumption that he also may be able to snoop around to find the book.
- St. Vitus Cathedral - Matthew made the ceilings!⛪️
- Rudolf arrives — and notices Diana (because she was given permission to get shiny)

- Matthew broods the rest of the night. He later comforts Jack - “all the monsters look like ordinary men”
- Diana sees the stag moat, the greenhouse … but the powder tower? Yeah, not that.
- Diana hears of Mistress Kelley. She decides to ask the Real Housewives?
- The link begins with the launderesses!
- The key was to pay for schnitzel and answers.
- We meet Joanna Kelley *hic!* at the Donkey and the Cradle🍷
- We meet Edward Kelley. *DOH!*
- Matthew is polite, until it’s time to not be so polite.
- Edward hides behind Rudolf’s skirts.
- Edward knows the Matthew is actually in love with Diana
- Gerbert (AGAIN!) 😈
- We read all about the art and benefits of defenestration
- The answers come flying out!
- We learn of Rabbi Loew, the golem, and Jewish town . . .
- Kelley’s unspoken plan to hit Diana is foiled -- by Diana.
